Pricing

Our fee is a 100% contingency fee agreement. It means that you pay us nothing up front as a deposit or as a retainer. It also means that we are only paid directly from the insurance claim upon our successful settlement of the claim. We never go back and ask you for a higher fee, even if our costs are greater that the original agreed upon contingency amount. If there is an unlikely situation when we have exhausted all factual means to encourage the insurance company to settle, and they won’t, you owe us nothing, even though we worked for weeks on your claim.

I graduated from college with a business management degree I also served in the military as a Marine Field Corpsman. My business career lead me to a 20-year position as a National Sales Manages, and a second career as a Banking Loan Officer for 30 years.

I understand the confusion and frustration of customers that are unfamiliar with how to navigate legal documentation and self-determine their option, especially when it involves dealing with insurance policies and claims. I work for the Metro client, not insurance companies.

As a Metro licensed insurance adjuster, I serve as the first line of defense for policy holders. I will diligently review insurance policies, and offer valuable recommendations on how to effectively discuss their appropriate coverage with their agents or brokers, or act as their claim advocate; all at no out of pocket fee.

Additionally, I when I meet with individuals who have experienced damage, I will carefully assess the situation to ensure alignment with policy provisions. I will review the policy, take photos of the damage, and prepare Metro’s agreement to represent them. This also allows our own technical field adjuster to revisit the damage and prepare Metro’s extensive damage claim to be sent-on to that insurance company for the highest fair and maximized settlement payout.

My journey working at Metro began seeking assistance with my own policy. Through Metro’s guidance, I was able to get premier coverage and saved approximately $900.00 per year in premiums. Inspired by this experience, i made the decision to join Metro, with a genuine desire to assist others in accessing free policy help and achieving similar satisfaction.
